Life is better than death. Love; greater than either…

Matthew 9:37

I’ve always had this vision in my mind. If ONE Christian proclaims the gospel to 5 or 10 of his/her closest friends, the world would be reached easily.

The friends will obviously overlap and the cycle continues.

“The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

Its a sending OUT… Not a sending IN… There is no harvest in the store room… It is OUT there…

Sadly I have to give this thought a rest for the day as I retire for the night. But thought I would post this teaser here as a reminder for myself.

Till the next continuing post…

God bless!

Actually this is a good reminder. today a person from another religion (which will remain unnamed) tried to preach to me.
He said he was born a Christian, but gave it up and decided to follow another religion…blah blah blah….
Then i told him my testimony. Unlike him i wasn’t born a Christian. But like him I also converted not because of some factual reasoning, but rather my personal experience with God.
He looked at me blank then went continued the same blah blah….
But my point is, we don’t need to “argue/justify” Christianity. Our personal testimony will go a loooooong way….

personal testimony does go a long way bro!

but knowledge of articulating that testimony is needed too for someone totally new to Christianity… e.g. they won’t know what is ‘listening to God’ or ‘discerning in the Spirit’ or ‘trust in God’… stuff like that… it needs to be practical and clear i reckon 😀

have fun in your coming sem!
